Shipping & Returns


We try our best to process orders within one or two business days. We strive to ship all orders within three days (with exception of special sale events). Though we try to update the website daily, a Pink Pelican representative will contact you within 24 hours in the unlikely event that the item happens to be sold out or cannot be located.

The following shipping & handling rates apply to the continental United States:

  • Standard Continental US Delivery

    • $8.99 on most shipments, with free shipping on orders over $99. 
    • For shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska, please contact the store for information.
    • We ship via USPS but may also ship via FedEx. Let us know if you'd prefer a certain carrier.
    • We will ship signature confirmation only upon request for a charge of $2.95.
    • Important: The Pink Pelican will guarantee delivery; however, once the shipper confirms the package has been delivered, the responsibility transfers to the customer. In other words, once the package has been delivered by the carrier, the package is out of our control if theft occurs. If in doubt we suggest purchasing signature confirmation. 
  • International Delivery

    • We currently ship to Canada, Australia, UK, and a few other countries (please ask) for a flat shipping fee depending on country. 
    • Customer of course is responsible for any additional taxes & custom charges that may be imposed by their country of destination.
    • Free Shipping over $99 does not apply to international orders.
    • International orders are FINAL SALE. Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser after seller proves the package was picked up by the carrier.
  • Express Shipping and Saturday Shipping

    • Available upon request. Just tell us when you need it, and we'll charge you the USPS Express/FedEx rate.
    • Our standard shipping does not include signature confirmation. If you'd like this additional service, just let us know and we'll charge you exactly what the shipper charges us.

Need to Return Your Purchase? It's easy peasy! Pink Pelican wants you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. We will be happy to accept your return for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT**. 

**Note: Items bought where a gift-with-purchase was awarded can only be returned if the gift-with-purchase is also returned. If you'd like to keep the GWP, we can deduct the price of the GWP from your store credit/exchange.

How long do I have to return an item?

You can return your purchase if they are postmarked within 5 days from the date your package was delivered by the carrier. (We like to be flexible, but this is a strict rule, so please mark your calendars!).  Products must be in the original condition, just as you received them, with no smells, tags still attached and unworn (sorry, this is a strict rule too!).  Sorry, but orders shipping out of the US are not returnable. 

How do I return it?

It's up to you as to which service to ship your purchase back to us, but we'd suggest to make sure you can track the package just in case it doesn't reach us and consider insurance (this is all up to you). Remember to have your return postmarked within 5 days from the date it was delivered and ship it back to us at:

When do I receive my credit?

When we receive the package back, we will process your store credit within 7 days as or send out the item you are wanting to exchange. We will email your receipt to you so you know the transaction has been processed.
