General

When can I shop ON-LINE for the After Party Sale?

On-Line: The After Party Sale begins Thursday JANUARY 5, 17 at 7:00 AM CST and ends on JANUARY 6, 2017 at 1:00.

ATTENTION: We do not have a virtual line!! We also have extra bandwidth to help our website stay active!

Can I shop at the Pink Pelican Store for sale merchandise too?

Yes, but… You CAN absolutely shop the store, but 1) our Pelican Girls will be knee deep in CHAOS!  and 2) there may be a chance what you may want is actually already sold on-line but just not pulled yet and is actually not available to purchase. Prior to checkout, we will verify the item is actually available to purchase. We REALLY don’t want you to be disappointed, so alternately and the better option: shop on-line in the comfort of your PJs and choose “in store pickup” at checkout. We will email you when our order will be available for pickup.

I am a VIP – will there be the extra discount on sale items like I'm used to? Can I use my earned Reward Certificates?

The prices on the website are the prices available to everyone (we do have a Lilly Pillow GWP for single orders that total over $500!). We will automatically deduct any Reward Dollars you have when we process the order. This order, just like all purchases, automatically earns points towards your next reward!

Will you still accept my returns on sale items on After Party Sale purchases?

Yes, our EASY PEASEY return policy is still effective even for sale items!  Read the full return policy here.

Can I purchase by calling you over the phone?

Sorry but no!  All orders have to be placed on-line. Every employee is dedicated to getting all orders out quickly and in the order placed. We simply cannot stop the machine!

Do you Price Match?

Sorry but no.  Why shop with the Pink Pelican then? 1) Some of our items may not be discounted by others and some that actually may be priced lower than others, 2) we are offering a GWP Pillow with single orders exceeding $500, 3) we give small goodie bag with each order with an exclusive incentive, 4) we ship FASTER than most, and 5) we offer returns where others may not.

I ordered earlier this week and now your prices are lower? What gives?

We may not have set the final price for your items at the time you purchased. We will be happy to refund your original form of payment for the difference. We are actually going through orders now to see who we may need to refund, but email us if we haven't contacted you! 

 

Ordering/Cancellations/Changes/Returns

I just placed an order, but I want to change/cancel. Can I do that?

Typically we will bend over backwards to accommodate. HOWEVER, changes or cancellations cannot be made to orders that have already been placed, so double-check your order thoroughly before you confirm your purchase to avoid any issues. (However, you can still send us a message directly from your account on our website on the order you placed. No guarantees but it’s the best way to communicate to us during this hectic time!)

I had an item in my cart, but now it says “The inventory level for the following product is below what you ordered, so we could not proceed with the checkout:" What happened? Are items guaranteed in my cart?

Just because an item is in your cart does not mean it is reserved. You must completely check-out and pay before the product is unavailable to other shoppers. Due to high volumes of orders, inventory availability is not guaranteed. You can easily check your order status by clicking "Account" at the top of our website after logging in. Click here to check your order status.

I see a charge on my card, but my order status says “PENDING PAYMENT”.  What's going on?

Just like at Lilly Pulitzer corporate, if your order has not yet shipped, you're seeing a pre-authorization hold. We won't actually charge your card until your order has left our warehouse. This pre-authorization hold acts as a placeholder to ensure there are adequate funds in your account before your items are pulled. When we verify we have all your order together, and apply any earned VIP Reward Certificates, we will then “Capture Funds” and this amount will be deducted from your credit card or PayPal.

What Credit Cards to you accept?  [YES! We do accept PayPal!]

Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express AND PayPal!

 

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to process and ship?

It may take 2 to 5 days to get the order pulled/pack/rung and shipped. We go by “first-in-first-out” so the earlier you get in the order, the quicker you get it. We will ship almost all packages USPS for the quickest delivery and they deliver six days a week. (Heavier items may ship FedEx.)  Our history: we’ve been able to get out 90% of the orders within three days of ordering. We are all working overtime, coming in early and leaving very late to exceed your expectations!!

Can you ship internationally?

Yes we do! These will take longer to process and ship. Our flat rate is $35 for any number of items. International orders are not returnable. We do not ship to ITAR listed countries.

Can I re-route my order to a different address after it has shipped?

We may be able to change your address after your order has been placed and prior to shipping. Update your order through your on-line website account with a message. This is not a guarantee but a “yes we will try”! Please make sure your address is correct when ordering. Click here to check your order status and send us a message.

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

Due to high order volumes, expedited shipping will not be available. However, we do get your orders out super quick and we use USPS Priority on most packages to get it to you within 2-3 days from being picked up by the carrier.

How much is shipping?

FREE on single orders totaling $99 or more! Orders under $99 are $8.99. We are UNABLE to combine orders for this sale so please make sure your order is complete or each order is over $99!

Save on Shipping: All single orders placed $99+ ship free. We cannot go back and add items so additional orders under $99 will be shipped for $8.99

Order lots from Pink Pelican and get a free Lilly Pulitzer Pillow! Orders over $500 will include a free Pillow in a random print. Remember returns that take your order below the $500 threshold - the GWP will need to be returned or we can deduct the cost from your return total - your choice. Read more details here.

Create an account if you don't have one already. You can see your order status when it changes so you know exactly where we are in the process. (You'll also receive emailed notices with attached receipts when we ring it and tracking when we ship.) When we need to correspond to you we will do so under your order history in your account.
